Abstract
Description
Bee venom refers to bee venom and its efficacy has long been known. There are records that Hippocrates used bee stings around the 4th century BC, and it is also introduced in the Islamic scriptures, the Qur'an. Korea has been applying bee sting as a folk remedy since ancient times. However, the conventional method of catching a bee as it is, or extracting only a bee sting and injecting it into the affected area is difficult to control the bee venom to a certain amount or concentration, which makes it difficult to objectify and generalize the treatment, causing shock and other side effects.
However, the treatment of bee venom through bee venom solution can be said to be a safe treatment method with almost no side effects because the concentration and dose of the injected drug can be objectively controlled according to the condition and constitution of the patient. Recently, it has been confirmed that the effect of bee sting in the treatment and prevention of livestock diseases, such as cattle, pigs, dogs, as well as the human body. In particular, cow mastitis is a disease in which bacteria or fungi enter the cow's breast and cause inflammation, which is the most common disease in cows worldwide. It is known as the biggest disease. In addition, since mastitis is very complicated pathogenesis and developmental factors, and the causative bacteria acts more than 80 species, there are a lot of difficulties in the treatment with some specific antibiotics. In addition, resistance rate is increased due to the use of existing antibiotics, and the treatment rate decreases, and due to the residual problem of the antibiotics in milk, it is necessary to set a drug suspension period for each antibiotic to prevent lead-feeding. It is true. Therefore, research on the use of natural materials as a treatment for mastitis that can replace antibiotics causing these problems is being actively conducted. There are reports that bee needle therapy is effective for promoting growth, increasing immune function, and treating various diseases. Is used to prevent and treat various diseases of livestock or to improve productivity. Thus, bee venom is a pure natural substance and has strong antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects. Bee venom has a low risk of side effects and residues, and has been used for diseases such as arthritis and gout for a long time to treat diseases of the human body. Some livestock farmers have begun to use bee venom to increase their immunity and to increase their survival and weight, thereby improving their productivity, and they are also using live bees to treat cow mastitis. However, when the bee needle is injected directly into the cow, it is necessary to obtain a live bee, and it causes a significant pain in the cow, which causes severe swelling. In addition, bee acupuncture using live bees has limitations in practical use because it is difficult to secure and quantify bee venom along with problems in handling of unskilled people. When the bee venom is administered as an injection or ointment, an effective amount can be added. However, the effective method of injecting bee venom or ointment into cows is that the effect is not constant when injected using a regular syringe or the ointment is applied around the affected area, and the treated cow is severely swollen or painful. It appeared to feel. Therefore, the most effective method of injecting bee venom directly into the teats using the more effective teat acupuncture with ointment or ointment was the most effective method for reducing the somatic cell count of mastitis disease cows caused by bacterial pathogens. The development of bee venom nipple needles is very effective in preventing and treating bacterial mastitis of cows and producing safe livestock without antibiotic residue.
It is expected to contribute significantly to the income of bee farms as a high value-added product of bee farms, and to increase economic benefits from the reduction of drug costs and labor of livestock farmers. It is expected.
The present invention relates to a teat needle made of plastic which can be easily injected into a cow's milk nipple with an injection or ointment containing bee venom.
Injecting bee venom directly into the nipples using the nipple acupuncture for the treatment and prevention of cow mastitis disease is easier than using a regular syringe needle or directly shooting live bees. It was possible to inject the effective amount of bee venom to be injected accurately. In addition, by effectively reducing the somatic cell count of cows infected with mastitis than the conventional treatment method, there was an excellent effect in the treatment and prevention of cow mastitis.

(4) How to use
Inject an injection or ointment containing bee venom into an ordinary syringe as much as you wish to administer.
② After removing the needle to the general syringe insert the nipple needle (1) of the present invention.
④ The bee venom used in the bee venom is 10-50 mg depending on the degree of mastitis, and preferably 20 mg is injected.
(1) 원유의 (1) of crude oil 체세포수Somatic cell count 감소율 Reduction
Crude milk was collected from cows suspected of mastitis and treated with 20 mg of bee venom to 2 million or more somatic cells. Herein, somatic cells are a combination of milk-producing mammary epithelial cells and immune cells, ie, white blood cells, that are healthy for the cow's body by removing microorganisms from the outside.
As a result of investigating the decrease in somatic cell count after the experiment using the experimental group treated with the nipple needle and the injection group using a syringe for the milk cow having excellent susceptibility to bee venom in the treated crude oil, as shown in FIG. When acupuncture was used, it was confirmed that the decrease in somatic cell count was large.
(2) Comparison of the state of treatment part
In general, the symptoms of bee stings are red, swollen, and itchy, and even painful. Similarly, even when the bee venom was injected with a syringe, the injection site was slightly swollen, but when it was administered using a teat, the swelling tended to be very weak, and the bee venom did not show any abnormal behavior. Therefore, when using the nipple acupuncture can reduce the symptoms of pain or swelling.
