Abstract
Description
그러나, 이렇게 제조된 종래 광섬유사는 발광을 위해 스크래치면이 형성되어야 하나, 스크래치에 의해 표면이 손상되어 내구성이 저하되므로 쉽게 절단되거나 훼손되는 문제점이 발생되었으며, 특히 내수성이 전혀 없으므로 종래 광섬유사를 이용하여 직조된 제품은 세탁이 불가능한 문제점이 있었다.
일정 직경의 광섬유 원사를 공급하는 1단계와; 광섬유 원사의 표면에 스크래치면을 형성하는 2단계와; 상기 스크래치면이 형성된 광섬유 원사의 표면에 합성수지를 코팅하는 3단계와; 상기 합성수지가 코팅된 광섬유사를 경화시키는 4단계와; 상기 광섬유사를 권회시켜 보관하는 5단계로 구성되는 내수성 광섬유사 제조방법에 의해 달성된다.
다만, 바람직하게는 합성수지(200)는 투명재질이거나 다양한 색상을 사용함으로써 보다 다양한 색상의 광섬유사를 구현할 수 있게 된다.
Claims (7)
- 일정 직경의 광섬유 원사(100)를 공급하는 1단계(S1)와;광섬유 원사(100)의 표면에 샌딩처리 또는 에칭처리에 의해 스크래치면(120)을 형성하는 2단계(S2)와;상기 스크래치면(120)이 형성된 광섬유 원사(100)의 표면에 색상을 갖는 합성수지(200)를 코팅하는 3단계(S3)와;상기 3단계(S3)를 거쳐 코팅된 광섬유 원사(100)를 자연건조 또는 온풍기에 의해 건조시켜 경화시키는 4단계(S4)와;상기 광섬유사(100')를 권회시켜 보관하는 5단계(S5)를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 내수성 발광용 광섬유사의 제조 방법.
