Abstract

발광이 가능한 광섬유직물을 다양한 형상으로 직조하거나 일정 형상의 프레임에 부착시킴으로써 공간점유율이 최소화될 수 있으면서도 형상이 한정되지 않아 범용성을 갖도록 한 광섬유직물을 이용한 조명등기구 및 이의 제조방법이 개시된다. 본 발명은 광섬유사(F)와 합성사(T)를 위사와 경사로써 직조하여 직물(FR)을 제조하는 1단계(S1); 상기 직물(FR)을 고온에서 압착시켜 구김을 펴는 2단계(S2); 상기 직물(FR)을 특정 형상을 갖는 프레임(G)에 고정시키는 3단계(S3); 상기 직물(FR)의 일단에 광원(L)을 장착하는 4단계(S4); 상기 광원(L)에 전원을 공급하는 전원공급부(B)를 연결하는 5단계(S5)를 포함하여 구성된다.
