- 삭제
- 절연기판상에 게이트전극을 형성하는 단계;상기 게이트전극상에 절연층 및 활성층을 차례로 형성하는 단계;상기 활성층 상에 데이타전극을 형성하는 단계;상기 데이타전극상에 보호막 및 화소전극을 차례로 형성하는 단계;상기 게이트전극, 데이타전극 및 화소전극의 메탈층을 이용하여 글래스 아이디마크와 판넬 아이디마크를 형성하며,상기 판넬 아이디마크는 어레이 패터닝공정과 동시에 포토마스크를 이용한 메탈공정에서 형성하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자용 판넬 아이디마크 형성방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 판넬 아이디마크는 게이트전극, 데이타전극 및 화소전극 중 2개 이상의 전극을 이용하여 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자용 판넬 아이디마크 형성방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 판넬 아이디마크는 게이트전극, 데이타전극 및 화소전극 중 적어도 2층 이상의 전극을 이용하여 분할형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자용 판넬 아이디마크 형성방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 판넬 아이디마크의 일부는 게이트전극, 데이타전극 및 화소전극의 메탈층을 이용하여 형성하고, 그 나머지는 별도의 타이틀러를 이용하여 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자용 판넬 아이디마크 형성방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 판넬 아이디마크는, 다른 층에서 형성된 아이디마크를 이중노광하여 제거함으로써 분할형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자용 판넬 아이디마크 형성방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 판넬 아이디마크는, 상기 판넬 아이디마크 위치를 서로 달리 하여 다른 층에서 이미 형성된 아이디마크에 의한 방해를 제거함으로써 분할형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자용 판넬 아이디마크 형성방법.
