Claims (4)
- 질석을 이용한 흡음재의 제조방법에 있어서,열처리에 의해 수분이 제거된 질석분말과 소지분말을 혼합하고 여기에 물유리를 적하시켜 그래뉼화하는 공정제조된 그래뉼을 1차 가열하여 건조하는 공정건조된 그래뉼의 표면에 물유리를 분무하여 도포하는 공정;물유리가 도포된 그래뉼을 소정형상의 형틀에서 성형하는 공정,제조된 성형물을 700~900℃에서 2차 가열하여 소성하는 공정 및소성된 성형물을 형틀에서 분리하는 탈형공정순으로 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 질석을 이용한 흡음재의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 그래뉼의 입자크기가 5mm이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 질석을 이용한 흡음재의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 소지분말은 상기 질석 분말 100중량부에 대하여 30~60중량부의 양으로 배합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 질석을 이용한 흡음재의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 질석분말은 질석 원석을 분쇄한 후 100℃ - 120℃ 범위 에서 8시간 ~ 12시간 열처리하여 질석에 함유되어 있는 수분을 제거한 것임을 특징으로 하는 질석을 이용한 흡음재의 제조방법.
