Abstract
Description
본 발명에 있어서는, 일측 합성수지관(110)의 확관부(111)의 내주면과 상기 타측 합성수지관(120)의 일단부(122)의 외주면이 면접촉되어, 상기 일측 합성수지관(110)의 확관부(111)와 상기 타측 합성수지관(120)의 일단부(122)가 서로 겹쳐진 상태로 수평을 유지하는 구조이므로, 접착력이 매우 뛰어나다.
Claims (9)
- 일단에 확관부를 갖는 복수 개의 합성수지관들을 연속적으로 연결하기 위하여, 일측 합성수지관의 확관부 안으로 타측 합성수지관의 일단부가 삽입되는 합성수지관의 연결구조에 있어서,상기 일측 합성수지관의 확관부 내주면을 따라 링 삽입홈이 형성되고, 상기 링 삽입홈에는 열선이 내장된 열융착 링이 삽입되며, 상기 열융착 링의 열선에 전원을 공급할 경우, 상기 열융착 링이 융착되면서 상기 일측 합성수지관의 확관부의 내주면과 상기 타측 합성수지관의 일단부의 외주면 사이를 기밀하게 연결함으로써, 유체의 누설을 방지하되,상기 일측 합성수지관의 확관부의 내주면과 상기 타측 합성수지관의 일단부의 외주면이 면접촉되어, 상기 일측 합성수지관의 확관부와 상기 타측 합성수지관의 일단부가 서로 겹쳐진 상태로 수평을 유지하며,상기 링 삽입홈과 상기 링 삽입홈에 삽입되는 상기 열융착 링이 쇄기 형상을 가지며,상기 링 삽입홈의 내주 면에 치홈이 형성되고, 이와 상응하여 상기 링 삽입홈에 삽입되는 열융착 링의 상면에 치돌기가 형성되며,상기 열융착 링을 상기 타측 합성수지관의 일단부의 외주면에 끼우고 그 외주면을 따라 이동시키면서 상기 링 삽입홈 안에 눌러 삽입하면, 상기 치돌기가 상기 치홈에 단계적으로 걸리게 되어, 상기 열융착 링이 상기 링 삽입홈 밖으로 빠지지 않도록 구성되며,상기 일측 합성수지관의 확관부 외주면을 따라 압착 밴드가 구비되고, 상기 압착 밴드는 조임볼트에 의해 조여지며,상기 압착 밴드는 상기 확관부에 일체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성수지관의 연결구조.
