Claims (2)
- 주밸브의 작동에 필요한 동력을 파일럿밸브에 의해 제어하고 주밸브를 개폐하는 파이럿식 밸브에 있어서,주밸브를 구비한 밸브케이스는, 볼트 및 너트로 체결되는 관 플랜지의 사이에 끼워 지지되며, 압력유체(流體)의 출입구를 각각 가지는 관 플랜지와의 접속단부를 플랜지 리스(less)로 하고, 상기 밸브케이스로부터 위쪽으로 연장설치함과 동시에, 내부에 압력유체가 통과가능한 공간을 가지며, 파일럿밸브로부터 보내오는 압력의 변동에 따라서 주밸브의 개방도를 제어하는 구동부와 주밸브를 연계한 밸브봉만을 삽입하여 통과한 커버 플랜지 넥크를, 관 플랜지 사이에 가설(架設)됨과 동시에 관 플랜지의 원주상에서 인접하는 볼트 사이에 삽입되어 통과가능하게 되도록, 이 인접하는 볼트의 각각에 대응하는 상기 커버 플랜지 넥크의 측벽만을 밸브의 크기에 따라서 사용되는 관플랜지의 종류에 의해 달라지는 상기 볼트끼리의 간격보다 작은 폭으로 잘록하게 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 웨이퍼형 파일럿식 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각 접속단부의 관 플랜지와의 접합면에, 환형상 홈을 오목설치함과 동시에, 이 환형상 홈에 시일(seal)재를 장전한 것을 특징으로 하는 웨이퍼형 파일럿식 밸브.
