Claims (3)
- 스트립이 소둔되도록 분위기 가스를 형성하는 머플 외측에 노벽을 형성하고, 상기 머플의 하단 내측에 상기 스트립이 이동하는 통로가 형성된 원통형의 인렛플러그를 구비하는 수직소둔로에 있어서,상기 인렛플러그를 둘러싸며 상기 머플의 하단을 실링하도록 상부가 개방된 도넛 형태로 형성되어, 하부면에 적어도 하나의 홈이 형성된 기어결합부를 구비하고, 오일에 잠기는 영역에 상기 머플 최하단부의 위치를 감지하는 제1 감지수단이 부착된 오일탱크;상기 오일탱크의 외면을 둘러싸며 상기 인렛플러그가 내부 중앙에 위치하도록 상부가 개방된 원통 형태로 형성되어, 하부면에 상기 홈과 동일한 위치에 기어삽입홀이 형성되고, 상기 오일탱크 하부에 상기 오일탱크 최하단부의 위치를 감지하는 제2 감지수단이 부착된 인렛플러그틀;상기 기어삽입홀을 통해 상기 기어결합부의 홈에 삽입되어, 상기 인렛플러그틀 외부에 설치된 모터에 의해 상하로 이동되어 상기 오일탱크의 높이를 조절하는 기어수단;상기 제1 감지수단에 의해 감지된 신호가 전달되어 상기 오일탱크를 상하부로 이동시키는 컨트롤부;를 포함하고상기 제1 감지수단에 상기 머플의 최하단부가 감지되면 상기 컨트롤부로 신호를 보내 상기 오일탱크를 하강시키고, 상기 제2 감지수단에 오일탱크의 최하단부가 감지되면 상기 머플을 교체하는 것을 특징으로 하는 머플 변형 감지장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 모터와 상기 기어수단을 연결시키며, 상기 기어수단이 상하로 이동가능하도록 관통된 지지부를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 머플 변형 감지장치.
