Claims (5)
- AC전원과, 교류-직류 또는 직류-직류 컨버터와, 전압감지부와, 릴레이구동부와, 회로보호부 및 배터리로 구성되는 과방전 보호회로에 있어서,상기 릴레이구동부는 저항, 다이오드, 제너다이오드, 소형릴레이 및 제1 내지 제4 FET로 구성하되,상기 제너다이오드는 상기 전압감지부의 출력에 따라 역방향 전류의 흐름을 제어하여 상기 제4 FET의 게이트단에 제공하고,상기 소형릴레이는 상기 제3 FET의 턴온시 전류가 여자되는 릴레이 코일과 상기 릴레이 코일에 전류가 여자됨에 따라 턴온되는 릴레이 접점으로 구성되고,상기 제1 FET 및 제2 FET는 상기 배터리 및 주 회로의 직류부하 사이에 위치되어 상기 소형릴레이의 구동여부에 따라 그 구동여부가 동일하게 결정되고,상기 제3 FET는 상기 제4 FET의 구동여부에 따라 그 구동여부가 반대로 결정되며,상기 제4 FET는 상기 전압감지부로부터 출력되는 논리신호를 입력 받아 그 구동여부가 결정되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 과방전 보호회로.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 FET(Q1, Q2)는 p채널 FET인 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 과방전 보호회로.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 FET와 제2 FET는 상기 배터리 전력이 차단되고 AC전원이 복전되면 자체의 내부 바디 다이오드를 통해 배터리에 충전을 개시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 과방전 보호회로.
