Claims (8)
- 바다 속에 설치하는 해양 구조물에 있어서,다수의 부재들로 구성된 구조물과, 상기 구조물에 설치되어 자체 내부의 배터리를 통해 불빛을 발산하는 불빛 발산장치를 포함하고,상기 불빛 발산장치는 상기 구조물을 구성하는 연결기둥의 둘레를 감싸는 형태로 설치된 케이스와, 상기 케이스의 내부에 내장되는 배터리, 및 상기 배터리의 전원을 공급받아 불빛을 발산하는 발광수단을 포함하며,상기 케이스는 상기 구조물이 완성된 상태에서 상기 연결기둥의 둘레를 감싸도록 2개로 양분되어 일측을 기준으로 타측이 개방 또는 폐쇄가 가능하고, 폐쇄시에 상기 연결기둥이 위치할 공간을 중앙에 갖도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 불빛을 발산하는 해양 구조물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 구조물은 인공어초인 것을 특징으로 하는 불빛을 발산하는 해양 구조물.

- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 케이스는 중공형 원기둥, 타원형 또는 구형 형태를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 불빛을 발산하는 해양 구조물.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,상기 케이스는 상기 구조물에 회전 가능하게 설치되고,상기 케이스의 내부에는 조류의 조류력에 의해 회전하는 상기 케이스의 회전력을 전기에너지로 변환하여 저장하는 축전지와, 상기 축전지에 저장된 전원을 상기 발광수단에 먼저 공급하다가 그 전원이 일정값 이하이면 상기 배터리의 전원을 공급하도록 제어하는 회로장치가 더 내장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 불빛을 발산하는 해양 구조물.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 발광수단은 다수의 자외선 발광소자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 불빛을 발산하는 해양 구조물.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,상기 발광수단은 상기 자외선 발광소자의 불빛을 간접적으로 조사하는 다수의 광섬유를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 불빛을 발산하는 해양 구조물.
