Claims (7)
- (A) 10 ~ 90 중량%의 폴리카보네이트 수지, 및(B) 10 ~ 90 중량%의 하기 화학식 1의 변성 폴리벤조일파라페닐렌 수지를 포함하는 수지 조성물로 필름을 제조하는 제 1 단계제 1 단계에서 제조된 필름을 폴리카보네이트 수지에 부착시키는 제 2 단계제 2 단계에서제조된 폴리카보네이트 글레이징 표면에 아크릴레이트, 우레탄 및 에폭시로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 코팅제로 하드코팅 하는 제 3 단계 및하드코팅 된 폴리카보네이트 글레이징 표면에 물리적 기상증착법 또는 플라즈마 도움증착법을 이용하여 실리콘 다이옥사이드층을 증착시키는 제 4단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리카보네이트 글레이징의 제조방법.[화학식 1](상기 식에서 x와 y의 구조의 몰(mol)비는 60:40 ~ 95:5이고,n은 화학식 1의 화합물의 수평균분자량이 6,000 내지 15,000이 되도록 하는 양의 정수이다)
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리카보네이트 수지가 20 ~ 60 중량%, 화학식 1의 변성 폴리벤조일파라페닐렌 수지가 40 ~ 80 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리카보네이트 글레이징의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 1 단계의 필름의 제조방법은 상기 수지 조성물을 용매로 용해시킨 후 진공 하에서 건조시켜 캐스팅한 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 캐스팅된 필름의 두께가 10 ~ 400㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 내스크래치성 폴리카보네이트 글레이징 제조 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 용매는 디클로로메탄 또는 1-메틸-2-피롤리디논인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 2 단계의 필름의 부착방법은 제 1 단계에서 제조된 필름을 금형에 삽입하고 폴리카보네이트로 사출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 2 단계의 필름의 부착방법은 제 1 단계에서 제조된 필름을 에폭시 계열 또는 실리콘 계열의 접착제를 이용하여 폴리카보네이트 성형품에 접착시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
