Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a vehicle window, and in particular, is configured to allow the outside air to flow into the interior of the vehicle even when the vent is formed in the lower portion of the window closed.
Ordinary vehicle doors are configured to raise or lower transparent windows. The window is closed while moving upward until it contacts the door frame or the body frame of the vehicle, and, on the contrary, is opened as the window is introduced into the door frame. That is, the window is opened gradually as the closed window gradually descends, and when the window is completely introduced into the door frame, the window is completely opened.
On the other hand, when the inside air of the vehicle is muddy or the internal temperature is high to cool the outside air inlet to ventilate the window down. Except for the purpose of ventilation, most windows are kept closed for warmth, sound insulation, anti-theft and safety.
In this way, the vehicle window opens while moving from top to bottom. Therefore, when the window is opened a little, the air flowing into the interior from the outside is introduced into the upper side of the vehicle. The air inflow position is about the height of the occupant's head. If the window is opened slightly while driving, the wind blows toward the occupant's head through the open window opening.
In this case, there is a disadvantage that the hairstyle is disturbed by the wind and the noise is loud.
In addition, since the window must be lowered in order to introduce outdoor air, the top of the open window is not supported, and thus, the window is easily broken even by a small impact, and there is a risk of theft when the driver does not know how to open the window.
The present invention has been invented to solve the problems of the prior art as described above, the window of the vehicle configured to expose the ventilation openings in the second stage closing by closing the window in two stages and the second stage is not exposed. The purpose is to provide.
In addition, an object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle window configured to allow the air inlet is formed at the bottom of the window to enter the outdoor air in the middle of the indoor height of the vehicle.
The present invention for achieving the above object is located in the door frame and moved up and down to expose the outside of the door frame or enter into the door frame, while moving upwards mounted on the mold or vehicle body mounted on the door frame A vehicle window that is closed while being inserted into a mold, the lower end of the window is characterized in that the ventilation openings penetrating the outdoor side and the indoor side is formed.
In addition, according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, at the point where the upper end of the window is fitted into the mold, the vent is not exposed to the outside of the door frame, and when the upper end of the window enters into the mold, the vent is It is exposed to the outside of the door frame.
In addition, according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the vent is inclined upward from the outdoor side to the indoor side.
Further, according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the vent is circular in cross section.
In addition, according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the vent is a rectangular structure formed long in the longitudinal direction of the bottom of the window.
In addition, according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of vents are arranged in the longitudinal direction of the bottom of the window in a rectangular structure.
As described above, the vehicle window of the present invention can prevent the passenger's hairstyle from being disturbed as outdoor air flows into the middle of the interior of the vehicle through the ventilation holes formed at the bottom of the window in the two-stage closed state.
In addition, the conventional vehicle is often air-conditioning rather than opening the window when hot due to the disturbance of the hairstyle, the vehicle window formed with the ventilation opening of the present invention can cool the heat using the natural wind without the disturbance of the hairstyle. Therefore, when installing the vehicle window is formed in the vehicle vent vent of the present invention can reduce the use of air conditioning to save energy and has the advantage of good health.
In addition, the vehicle window formed with the ventilation opening of the present invention has the advantage that the durability of the window against impact than the condition that the air inflow only when the window is opened in the conventional state as the outdoor air flows in the closed state.
In addition, a conventional vehicle has a high risk of being suffocated when a child sleeps with the window closed, or a child or pet dog who does not open the door by itself for a long time. Even in outdoor air, the risk of suffocation can be prevented in advance.
Hereinafter, with reference to the accompanying drawings a preferred embodiment of a vehicle window with a vent formed in accordance with the present invention will be described in detail.
In the drawings, FIG. 1 is a schematic view showing a vehicle window in which a ventilation opening is formed according to a first embodiment of the present invention in a completely open state, FIG. 1 is a schematic view showing a two-stage closed state of the window shown in FIG. 1, and FIGS. 4A and 4B are front views illustrating a vent hole different from the vent hole shown in FIG. 3.
As illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 4B,
As the

The doors of a vehicle are largely classified into two types. One is a closed structure that completely closes the edges of the closed
In the vehicle having the door of the closed or open structure, the
Conventionally, the upper end of the raised window is closed at the moment when it is inserted into the mold. In other words, the top of the window is fitted to the mold, the air flow is blocked.
However, the
In such a condition, the window shown in FIG. 1 is completely open, and the state shown in FIG. 2 is a single-stage closed state. The upper and side portions of the
When the
Here, the first stage closed state is a state in which the outdoor air and the indoor air is completely blocked, but in the second stage closed state, the outdoor air can be introduced into the room through the vent hole (101).
On the other hand, as shown in Figure 2 (b) and Figure 3 (b), the
