Claims (4)
- 용접을 실시하는 용접대를 중앙에 설치한 몸체의 하부에 발판부를 형성하고, 발판부의 하부로 몸체를 이송하는 이송바퀴를 형성한 몸체부와,상기 몸체부의 용접대 중앙에 형성된 용접베이스의 상부에 가압축고정부를 구비한 용접지지구를 형성하고, 용접지지구의 일측으로 전원이 연결되는 전원연결부를 형성한 용접고정부와,상기 용접고정부의 상부에 가압축고정부로 고정된 가압축으로 지지되는 가압몸체를 형성하고, 가압몸체의 일측으로 가압실린더를 형성하며, 가압몸체의 하부에 가압실린더의 작동으로 이송 가압하는 가압고정구를 형성하고, 가압고정구의 일측으로 전원을 공급하는 가압전원부를 형성한 가압부와,상기 용접고정부의 용접지지구의 전면으로 고정지그를 고정지그체결구로 체결하여 전원이 공급되는 고정지그고정구를 형성하고, 가압고정구의 일측으로 고정지그에 합형되는 위치의 상부에 가압지그를 가압지그체결구로 체결 구비한 가압지그고정구를 형성한 지그부와,상기 몸체부의 일측으로 용접고정부의 전원연결부에 전원을 공급하고 지그부의 가압전원부에 공급하여 가압에 의해 접촉부분에 전원을 공급하여 접촉열에 의해 접합하도록 형성한 제어부를 포함하며,상기 가압부는 가압몸체의 내측으로 가압실린더의 작동으로 가압시키는 가압블럭을 가압고정구와 결합되어 가압실린더의 작동으로 가압블럭을 가압시켜 전원이 공급된 상태에서 가압지그를 순차적으로 가압하여 접촉부분의 전기저항으로 발생되는 접합열로 인하여 가압접합하도록 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기저항용접기.

- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 가압부는 가압몸체의 상부 일측으로 가압블럭에 결합되어 가압되는 깊이를 외부에 표시하는 가압깊이측정구를 형성하여 가압실린더의 작동에 의해 고정지그에 안치된 용접대상물에 가압되는 가압지그의 가압깊이를 측정하도록 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기저항용접기.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 제어부는 몸체부의 일측으로 전압을 제어하는 전압제어스위치로 전압을 제어하면서 전원을 공급하도록 전원공급스위치를 형성하고, 전원공급스위치에 일측으로 전압을 표시하는 전압표시부를 형성하며, 몸체부의 발판부 일측으로 전원을 제어하는 발판스위치를 형성하여 전원을 공급한 상태에서 전압을 조절하면서 발판스위치로 전원의 공급을 제어하도록 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기저항용접기.
