Claims (10)
- 질소 및 질소산화물 가스를 감소시키기 위한 방법에 있어서,하나 이상의 담지체 제올라이트를 포함하는 Pd/Fe/MOR 또는 Fe/HNZ의 촉매를 사용하여 촉매반응탑에서 300℃∼450℃의 온도 범위에서 저감반응을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 질소 및 질소산화물 가스를 감소시키기 위한 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 Pd/Fe/MOR 의 촉매는,담지체 제올라이트 Si/Al 비가 4∼15이고, Fe의 중량%가 1∼10%이며, Pd의 중량%가 0.5∼5%의 조성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 질소 및 질소산화물 가스를 감소시키기 위한 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 Fe/HNZ 의 촉매는,담지체 제올라이트 Si/Al 비가 4∼15이고, Fe의 중량%가 1∼10%의 조성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 질소 및 질소산화물 가스를 감소시키기 위한 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 촉매반응탑에서의 운전조건 공간속도 2,000∼30,000 h-1에서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 질소 및 질소산화물 가스를 감소시키기 위한 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 촉매반응탑에서의 저감반응을 수행 이전에,상기 촉매반응탑으로 유입되는 NOx과 N2O 가스의 온도가 저하되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 열교환 공정이 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 질소 및 질소산화물 가스를 감소시키기 위한 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 촉매반응탑에서의 저감반응을 수행 이전에,환원제를 가하는 공정이 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 질소 및 질소산화물 가스를 감소시키기 위한 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 환원제는,암모니아 또는 메탄이 사용되며, 온실가스와 상기 환원제는 1:0.2∼1:3의 비율에서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 질소 및 질소산화물 가스를 감소시키기 위한 방법.
