Claims (14)
- 적어도 하나의 가열원이 제공되는 열절연된 가열 챔버(8)와,적어도 하나의 입구 도관(37)이 내부로 안내되며 적어도 하나의 출구 도관(43)이 외부로 안내되는, 상기 가열 챔버(8) 내로 연장되는 적어도 하나의 반응 용기(23)를 포함하는, 탄화수소 화합물 및 물로부터 수소를 생성하기 위한 개질기(2)에 있어서,상기 입구 도관(37) 및 상기 출구 도관(43)은 증발기(35)를 통해 안내되며,상기 출구 도관(43)을 통과하는 생성된 개질물에 포함된 열이 상기 입구 도관(37)을 통과하는 탄화수소 화합물 및 물에 전달되어 물을 증발시키는데 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 컴팩트형 개질기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 입구 도관(37)은 나사식 분할 도관으로서 구현되며, 상기 출구 도관(43)은 나사식 분할 도관으로서 구현되는 것을 특징으로 하는 컴팩트형 개질기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 입구 도관은 상기 반응 용기(23)의 내벽과 증발기 본체(35) 사이에 구현되는 것을 특징으로 하는 컴팩트형 개질기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 반응 용기(23)는 압력 용기인 것을 특징으로 하는 컴팩트형 개질기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 증발기(35)는 상기 반응 용기(23) 내에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 컴팩트형 개질기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 증발기(35)는 배기 가스의 조절된 부분적인 유동에 의해 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 컴팩트형 개질기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 가열원은 열회수식(recuperator) 버너(11) 또는 축열식(regenerator) 버너(11)인 것을 특징으로 하는 컴팩트형 개질기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 반응 용기(51)는 세라믹으로 구현되는 것을 특징으로 하는 컴팩트형 개질기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 증발기(35)와 상기 반응 용기(23) 내의 개질 촉매 컨버터(39 ; converter) 사이에는 고 탄화수소(higher hydrocarbon)를 분해하기 위한 사전 개질 촉매 컨버터(54)가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 컴팩트형 개질기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 증발기(35)의 출구측에 수소 분리막(59)이 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 컴팩트형 개질기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 가열원 및 상기 반응 용기(23)는 서로 동심으로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 컴팩트형 개질기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 가열원 및 상기 반응 용기(23)는 공통의 개구를 통해 상기 가열 챔버(8) 내로 돌출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컴팩트형 개질기.
- 생성된 개질물에 포함된 열을 이용하여 물을 증발시키는, 물 및 탄화수소 화합물로부터의 컴팩트형 증기 개질 공정에서의 수소 생성 방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 물 및 상기 탄화수소 화합물은 공통의 재료 흐름으로서 증발되는 것을 특징으로 하는 컴팩트형 증기 개질 공정에서의 수소 생성 방법.
