Claims (4)
- 상부구조물의 하부측에 장착되는 상판(510)과, 하부구조물의 상부측에 장착되는 하판(530)이 롤러핀(540)으로 상호 결합되어 이루어진 힌지받침에 있어서,상기 상판(510) 하부면에서 돌출 형성된 하향돌기부(512)에 관통 형성되며, 양단이 상기 롤러핀(540)의 외주면과 대응하고 일정 길이를 지니는 제1 관통슬릿(513);상기 하향돌기부(512)와 대응하는 상기 하판(530) 상부면에서 돌출 형성된 상향돌기부(532)에 상기 제1 관통슬릿(513)과 대응하는 형상으로 관통 형성된 제2 관통슬릿(533); 및상기 제1, 2 관통슬릿(513, 533)의 상, 하부측에 각각 형성된 제1, 2 상, 하부 절개홈(514, 515)(534, 535)과 각각 안착 결합되어, 상기 제1, 2 관통슬릿(513, 533)의 형성 방향을 따라 상기 롤러핀(540)의 구름 접촉을 허용하는 지압판(516, 517)(536, 537);을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가동 힌지받침.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 하판(530)과 하부구조물 사이에는,높이 조정구(560)가 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가동 힌지받침.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 높이 조정구(560)는,하부구조물 상부측에 안착되어 상기 하판(530)과 결합되며 상기 상향돌기부(532) 사이에 관통 형성된 높이보정 관통공(538)과 결합하는 결합돌기(562)가 돌출 형성된 하부바닥판(561); 및상기 하부바닥판(561)과 하판(530) 사이에 장착되어 높이 조정이 가능한 적어도 하나 이상의 높이조정편(551);으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가동 힌지받침.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 높이 조정구(560)는,하부구조물 상부측에 안착되어 상기 하판(530)과 결합되며 상기 상향돌기부(532) 사이에 관통 형성된 높이보정 관통공(538)과 결합하는 결합돌기(562)가 돌출 형성된 하부바닥판(561);상기 하부바닥판(561)과 하판(530) 사이에 장착되어 높이 조정이 가능한 적어도 하나 이상의 높이조정편(551); 및상기 높이조정편(551)과 하판(530) 사이에 장착되며 원기둥의 외주면 일부 형상의 상부면(572)을 구비한 선접촉편(571);으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가동 힌지받침.
