Claims (5)
- 기판 상에 형성되는 센서회로부;상기 센서회로부 상에 형성되며 유기되는 정전용량변화를 감지하는 정전용량 검출 전극판;상기 센서 회로부를 실드시키도록 상기 센서 회로부와 상기 정전용량 검출 전극판의 사이에 설치되며 상기 기판과 전기적으로 연결되는 실드 전극;상기 정전용량 검출 전극판과 상기 실드 전극 사이의 기생 커패시턴스를 줄이도록 상기 정전용량 검출 전극판과 상기 실드 전극 사이에 설치되며 상기 센서 회로부에 전기적으로 연결되는 상쇄전극; 및상기 정전용량 검출 전극판, 실드전극, 및 상쇄전극의 사이에 개재되는 층간 절연체들; 를 구비하며, 상기 센서회로부는 상기 정전용량 검출 전극판에서 감지되는 정전용량의 변화에 따른 출력을 발생시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 정전용량 센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기판이 실리콘 기판이고, 상기 센서 회로부가 상기 실리콘 기판 상에 집적회로로 형성되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 정전용량 센서.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 센서 회로부가 상기 정전용량 검출 전극판에 인가되는 것과 동일한 전압파형을 상기 상쇄전극에 인가하기 위한 상쇄전극 구동버퍼부를 포함하며, 상기 상쇄전극과 상기 센서 회로부의 구동버퍼부가 서로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정전용량 센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기판이 실리콘 기판이고, 상기 센서 회로부, 실드전극, 상쇄전극, 정전용량 검출 전극판, 및 층간절연체들이 상기 실리콘 기판 상에 집적회로로 형성되어 이루어지되, 상기 정전용량 검출 전극판이 가장 상부에 놓이도록 단일 패키지 상태로 조립되어 상기 패키지의 상부에서 발생되는 정전용량의 변화를 감지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정전용량 센서.
