The present invention aims to solve the above-mentioned problem.

The present invention has a top roller having a hard outer circumferential surface of which the pattern is grooved and a lower roller having an outer circumferential surface of a rubber material disposed at a horizontal level lower than the horizontal level of the top roller and disposed adjacent to the top roller.
