Claims (10)
- (a) 마이크로필터를 이용하여 원수를 여과하는 단계;(b) 상기 마이크로필터에 의해 여과된 원수를 역삼투막으로 3 내지 6회 여과하여 역삼투막을 통과하지 못한 원수에 바나듐을 농축하는 단계;(c) 상기 역삼투막을 통과하지 못한 바나듐의 농축수를 활성탄 또는 한외여과막으로 여과하여 농축수의 미생물과 유해성분을 제거하는 단계를 포함한 바나듐이 농축된 음용수의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 원수는 지하암반수인 것을 특징으로 하는 바나듐이 농축된 음용수의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,단계 (b)에서 역삼투막에 가해지는 공급 압력은 4 내지 20kgf/cm2으로, 투과수의 회수율은 15 내지 30%로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 바나듐이 농축된 음용수의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 음용수는 추가로 실리카를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바나듐이 농축된 음용수의 제조방법.
- 원수 탱크(10); 원수의 온도를 측정하기 위한 온도 측정 게이지(20); 원수를 마이크로필터 여과부에 공급하기 위한 공급 펌프(30); 마이크로필터 여과부(40); 역삼투막의 압력을 제어하기 위한 가압 펌프(50); 역삼투막에 공급되는 원수의 유량을 측정하기 위한 원수 유량계(60); 원수의 바나듐을 농축하기 위한 역삼투막 여과부(70); 역삼투막 여과부로부터 배출된 투과수를 수집하기 위한 투과수 혼합탱크(130); 농축수의 미생물과 유해성분을 제거하기 위한 한외여과막 또는 활성탄 여과부(140); 역삼투막 여과부로부터 배출된 농축수를 수집하기 위한 농축수 저장탱크(150)를 포함한 바나듐이 농축된 음용수의 제조장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 마이크로필터(40)는 기공이 0.1 내지 1.0㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 바나듐이 농축된 음용수의 제조장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서,3 내지 6개의 역삼투막 여과부(70, 80, 90, 100, 110, 120)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바나듐이 농축된 음용수의 제조장치.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 역삼투막 여과부(70, 80, 90, 100, 110, 120)는 역삼투막(71, 81, 91, 101, 111, 121), 조절밸브(72, 82, 92, 102, 112, 122), 농축수 압력 게이지(73, 83, 93, 103, 113, 123), 농축수 유량계(74, 84, 94, 104, 114, 124) 및 투과수 유량계(75, 85, 95, 105, 115, 125)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바나듐이 농축된 음용수의 제조장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 농축수 저장탱크 및 투과수 혼합탱크에는 농축수 및 투과수를 살균하기 위한 자외선 살균기가 내장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 바나듐이 농축된 음용수의 제조장치.
- 제 5항 내지 제 9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 음용수는 추가로 실리카를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바나듐이 농축된 음용수의 제조장치.
