- 다층구조로 이루어지는 페트필름의 중간층 필름의 양면에는 모두 코로나 처리하고, 상하면에 위치되는 필름에는 중간층 필름과 밀착되어지는 내측면으로 만 코로나 처리하며 상기의 코로나 처리되어진 부분에는 UR접착제를 도포하고, 그 상태에서 압력을 사용하여 가압접착함에 있어 페트필름은 50mic∼150mic White pet Film을 사용하고 코로나 처리를 50dyne이상유지하고, UR도포 두께 15∼18 micron이며, 압력 3.5kgf/㎠으로 가압접착한 것을 24시간 70℃이상으로 유지되는 항온실에서 100~120시간 경화시킴으로써 보다 견고한 제품을 얻을수 있게 됨을 특징으로 하는 백색 페트필름(white polyester film)을 이용한 PV back sheet제조방법
- 다층구조로 이루어지는 페트필름의 중간층 필름의 양면과 상하면에 위치되는 필름에는 중간층 필름과 밀착되어지는 내측면으로 접착을 위하여 UR접착제를 도포하고, 그 상태에서 압력을 사용하여 가압접착함에 있어 UR도포 두께 30∼35 micron 압력 6.0kgf/㎠로 가압첩착한 것을 24시간 70℃이상으로 유지되는 항온실에서 100~120시간 경화시킴으로써 보다 견고한 제품을 얻을수 있게 됨을 특징으로 하는 백색 페트필름(white polyester film)을 이용한 PV back sheet제조방법
- 다층구조로 이루어지는 50mic~150mic의 두께를 갖는 White페트필름의 중간층 필름의 양면에는 50dyne이상 유지되게 모두 코로나 처리하고, 상하면에 위치되는 필름에는 중간층 필름과 밀착되어지는 내측면으로 만 코로나 처리하며 상기의 코로나 처리되어진 부분에는 그 두께가 8~10micron으로 UR접착제를 도포하고, 그 상태에서 4.8±0.8 kgf/㎠ 의 압력을 사용하여 가압접착한 것을 24시간 70℃이상으로 유지되는 항온실에서 100~120시간 경화시킴으로써 보다 견고한 제품을 얻을수 있게 됨을 특징으로 하는 백색 페트필름(white polyester film)을 이용한 PV back sheet제조방법.
