Claims (1)
- 열전대의 선단부를 용강에 침적시켜 온도를 계측하는 침적식 소모성 열전대 제조 방법에 있어서,지관의 내경과 유사한 직경을 갖는 다공질 또는 미소 균열이 다량 포함된 원통형 내화 구조물을 제조하는 단계;상기 내화 구조물의 중앙부에 종 모양을 돌출시켜, 상기 종 모양의 정점에 열전대의 측온 접점을 형성시키는 단계;열전대 소선의 일측면을 상기 내화 구조물의 내부에 미리 설치되어 있는 신호 인출선과 연결시키고, 상기 측온 접점의 반대 측면에 상기 신호 인출선의 가이드홈과 일치하는 위치의 원통형 홈에 수놈 고리 모양을 생성하는 단계;고정대의 가이드홈에는 상기 수놈 고리 모양에 상응하는 암놈 형태를 가지며 신호 인출선이 연결된 암놈 고리 모양이 설치되어 홈을 일치시킨 후, 수직으로 상기 내화 구조물과 상기 고정대의 신호 인출선을 결합시켜 접점을 형성시키는 단계; 및이전 단계까지의 결과물을 철제캡에 장착하고 지관을 부착시키는 단계;를 포함하는 침적식 소모성 열전대 제조 방법.
