Claims (7)
- 적외선 측정용 서모파일 센서;상기 서모파일 센서의 주변 온도 측정을 위한 선형 온도 센서; 및상기 서모파일 센서와 상기 선형 온도 센서의 출력들을 입력받아 차동 증폭하는 차동증폭기를 포함하며,상기 차동증폭기의 비반전 단자에 상기 서모파일 센서의 출력 전압이 인가되며, 상기 차동증폭기의 반전 단자에 상기 선형 온도 센서의 출력 전압이 인가되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자기 온도 보상형 비분산 적외선 가스 센서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 차동증폭기는 상기 서모파일 센서의 출력 전압의 인가되는 입력 단자측의 저항들이 제거되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자기 온도 보상형 비분산 적외선 가스 센서.
- 삭제
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 차동증폭기의 출력 전압 V0는 10~40℃의 온도 구간에서 8mV 이하의 변동폭을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자기 온도 보상형 비분산 적외선 가스 센서.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,측정 대상 가스는 이산화탄소인 것을 특징으로 하는, 자기 온도 보상형 비분산 적외선 가스 센서.
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항, 제 4 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 서모파일 센서와 상기 선형 온도 센서는 ASIC 회로로 구성되어 주변 온도에 따른 출력 신호와 가스 농도에 따른 출력 신호를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자기 온도 보상형 비분산 적외선 가스 센서.
