Claims (8)
- 하기 (a) 내지 (f) 공정 중에서 선택된 하나 또는 둘 이상의 공정으로 폐고무 분말의 표면을 개질시키는 단계와;상기 표면 개질된 폐고무 분말과 열가소성 수지가 포함된 혼합물을 정방향 스크류부, 니딩 디스크부 및 역방향 스크류부를 가지는 압출기에 투입하여 혼련시키는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐고무를 이용한 열가소성 가황체의 제조방법.(a) 폐고무 분말에 초음파(Ultra-sonic)를 조사하는 공정(b) 폐고무 분말에 마이크로파(Micro-wave)를 조사하는 공정(c) 폐고무 분말에 방사선(Radiation)을 조사하는 공정(b) 폐고무 분말을 코로나 방전(Corona discharge) 처리하는 공정(e) 폐고무 분말에 이온 빔(Ion beam)을 조사하는 공정(f) 폐고무 분말에 아민기(Amine group)를 도입시키는 공정
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 열가소성 수지는 무수 말레익(Maleic anhydride)기가 도입된 올레핀계 열가소성 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 폐고무를 이용한 열가소성 가황체의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 열가소성 수지는 무수 말레익 폴리프로필렌(PP-g-MA)인 것을 특징으로 하는 폐고무를 이용한 열가소성 가황체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 혼합물은 스티렌계 화합물을 더 포함하고,상기 스티렌계 화합물은 스티렌-에틸렌-부타디엔-스티렌(SEBS) 및 무수 말레익 스티렌-에틸렌-부타디엔-스티렌(SEBS-g-MA) 중에서 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 폐고무를 이용한 열가소성 가황체의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 혼합물은 폐고무 분말과 열가소성 수지의 혼합물 100중량부에 대하여 0.2 ~ 10중량부의 스티렌계 화합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐고무를 이용한 열가소성 가황체의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 압출기는 적어도 2곳의 정방향 스크류부와, 적어도 1곳의 니딩 디스크부와, 적어도 1곳의 역방향 스크류부를 가지는 두개의 축이 나란히 배열된 이축압출기인 것을 특징으로 하는 폐고무를 이용한 열가소성 가황체의 제조방법.
