Claims (8)
- 예컨대 철도 레일, 거더를 포함하는 프로파일링된 레일들을 마찰 용접을 이용하여 길이 방향으로 금속 접합하기 위한 방법으로서,제 1 단계에서 레일 단부의 단부면들이 동시에 상대 운동을 하면서 서로 가압됨으로써 상기 레일 단부들이 접합 온도로 가열되고, 제 2 단계에서 레일들의 윤곽들 또는 횡단면들이 정렬된 후 단부면들이 상호 가압됨으로써 상기 레일들이 접합되는 레일 접합 방법에 있어서,가열 단계에서 상기 레일 단부들이 횡단면의 관성 모멘트가 최대인 주축 방향에 수직으로 최대 진폭으로 진동하면서 상호 상대 운동을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는,레일 접합 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,가열 단계에서 상기 레일 단부들이 최대 횡단면 관성 모멘트를 갖는 주축 방향(Y)에 수직으로 서로 상대적으로 진동 운동을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는,레일 접합 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,가열 단계에서 상기 레일 단부들이 주축 방향(Y)에 수직으로 서로 상대적으로 진동 운동을 하고, 상기 운동에 상기 주축 방향(Y)으로 더 작은 강도를 갖는 진동이 중첩되는 것을 특징으로 하는,레일 접합 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,가열 단계에서 상기 레일 단부들이 서로 상대적으로 진동하면서 비틀림 운동을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는,레일 접합 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 레일 횡단면 외부에 회전점을 갖는 비틀림 진동이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는,레일 접합 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,가열 단계에서 상기 레일 단부들이 주축 방향(Y)에 수직으로 서로 상대적으로 병진 운동을 하고, 상기 병진 운동에 비틀림 진동이 중첩되는 것을 특징으로 하는,레일 접합 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 레일들 중 하나 이상은 그 단부들이 강제 진동 운동을 위해 조화 진동의 공진 조건들을 실질적으로 충족시키도록 하는 방식으로 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는,레일 접합 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 진동은, 실질적으로 전체면에 걸쳐서 형성되면서 최대 횡단면 관성 모멘트를 갖는 주축 방향(Y)에 수직으로 최대 팽창부를 갖는 중첩 도형 내지는 리사쥬 도형(Lissajous figure)의 형태를 보이는 것을 특징으로 하는,레일 접합 방법.
