- 삭제
- 기저막이 보존된 상태로 양막을 처리한 후, 상기 양막 자체의 표피세포를 제거하여 더블링 형태의 구조물로 만드는 단계, 상기 양막에 1,3-카보디이미드(carbodiimide)로 가교 처리하는 단계를 연속적으로 수행하고, 상기 처리된 양막에 세포를 배양하는 단계를 필수적으로 포함하는, 사람 또는 소의 태반으로부터 분리된 생체적합성 양막을 세포배양기질로서 이용하여 각질형성세포 또는 외측모근초 줄기세포를 배양하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인공피부 또는 인공모발조직의 제조방법.
