Claims (11)
- 선택적 촉매 환원(SCR) 시스템을 갖는 순환 유동층(CFB) 반응기 또는 연소기 장치로서, 상기 장치가:이를 통해 연도 가스/고체 흐름을 운송하기 위한 CFB 반응기 인클로져(enclosure), 상기 연도 가스/고체 흐름으로부터 고체 입자들을 분리하기 위한 1차 입자 분리기 수단 및 상기 1차 입자 분리기 수단에 의해 수집된 상기 고체 입자들을 상기 반응기 인클로져로 되돌리기 위한 수단;상기 연도 가스/고체 흐름에 대하여 상기 1차 입자 분리기 수단의 하류에 위치한 과열기 및 재가열기 열전달 표면 중 적어도 하나;상기 연도 가스/고체 흐름으로부터 고체 입자를 추가로 분리하기 위하여, 상기 과열기 및 재가열기 열전달 표면 중 적어도 하나의 하류에 위치한 멀티클론 집진기 수단, 및 상기 멀티클론 집진기 수단에 의해 수집된 고체 입자들을 상기 반응기 인클로져로 되돌리기 위한 수단;상기 연도 가스/고체의 흐름으로부터 NOx를 제거하기 위한, 상기 멀티클론 집진기 수단의 하류에 위치한 SCR 시스템;상기 SCR 시스템의 하류에 위치한 건식 세정기 수단;상기 연도 가스/고체 내에 함유된 흡착제;상기 건식 세정기 수단의 하류에 위치하는 입자 수집기 수단, 이때 상기 연도 가스/고체 내에 함유된 흡착제의 적어도 일부가 상기 건식 세정기 수단으로 도입되고, 그 안에서 황산화물 감소 수단을 제공함; 및상기 SCR 시스템의 상류의 상기 연도 가스/고체의 흐름으로 암모니아를 주입하는 수단을 포함하는 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 1차 입자 분리기 수단은 단면이 U자형, E자형 및 W자형중 하나를 갖는, 엇갈린 배열의 충격형 입자 분리기들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 SCR 시스템에 유입되는 연도 가스의 요구되는 온도를 달성하기 위해, SCR 시스템의 상류에 위치한 이코노마이저 열전달 표면을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 SCR 시스템의 하류에 위치한 이코노마이저 열전달 표면 및 공기 가열기 수단 중 적어도 하나를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 SCR 시스템의 하류에 위치하는 공기 가열기 수단을 더 포함하고, 상기 입자 수집기 수단이 상기 공기 가열기 수단의 하류에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 입자 수집기 수단 및 상기 건식 세정기 수단에 의해 상기 연도 가스/고체 흐름으로부터 수집된 고체 입자들을 상기 반응기 인클로져로 되돌리기 위한 수단을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 공기 가열기 수단의 하류에 위치한 상기 입자 수집기 수단은 백하우스 및 전기 집진기 중의 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 과열기 및 재가열기 열전달 표면중 적어도 하나에 근접하여 상기 SCR 시스템의 상류에 787.8 내지 898.9℃(1450 내지 1650℉)의 요구되는 온도 범위로 암모니아 및 요소 중 하나를 주입하기 위한 수단을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 반응기 인클로져 내에 과열기, 재가열기 및 보일러 열전달 표면 중 적어도 하나를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 1차 입자 분리기 수단은 싸이클론 분리기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 선택적 촉매 환원(SCR) 시스템을 갖는 순환 유동층(CFB) 반응기 또는 연소기 장치로서, 상기 장치가:이를 통해 연도 가스/고체 흐름을 운송하기 위한 CFB 반응기 인클로져, 상기 연도 가스/고체 흐름으로부터 고체 입자들을 분리하기 위한 1차 입자 분리기 수단 및 상기 1차 입자 분리기 수단에 의해 수집된 상기 고체 입자들을 상기 반응기 인클로져로 되돌리기 위한 수단;상기 연도 가스/고체 흐름에 대하여 상기 1차 입자 분리기 수단의 하류에 위치하는 과열기 및 재가열기 열전달 표면 중 적어도 하나;상기 연도 가스/고체의 흐름으로부터 NOx를 제거하기 위한 상기 CFB 반응기 인클로져의 하류에 위치한 SCR 시스템;상기 SCR 시스템의 하류에 위치한 건식 세정기 수단;상기 연도 가스/고체 내에 함유된 흡착제;상기 건식 세정기 수단의 하류에 위치하는 입자 수집기 수단, 이때 상기 연도 가스/고체 내에 함유된 흡착제의 적어도 일부가 상기 건식 세정기 수단으로 도입되고, 그 안에서 황산화물 감소 수단을 제공함; 및상기 SCR 시스템의 상류의 상기 연도 가스/고체의 흐름으로 암모니아를 주입하는 수단을 포함하는 장치.
