Claims (4)
- 이종 금속을 접합하는 장치에 있어서,전류를 인가받기 위한 전극판이 양측으로 각각 부착된 고주파 기계와, 상기 각 전극판에 부착되고 이종 금속을 각각 가열하기 위한 제1,2 코일이 일체로 형성된 가열파이프와;상기 이종 금속 중에서 선택된 어느 하나의 금속 끝부분에는 이중확관이 형성되며, 상기 이중확관의 끝부분에 안착되어 상기 이종 금속을 접합시키기 위한 용접부재로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 이종 금속 접합 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 가열파이프에는 냉각수의 공급 및 배출을 위한 냉매공급관과 냉매배출관이 각각 연결됨을 특징으로 하는 이종 금속 접합 장치.
- 이종 금속을 접합하는 방법에 있어서,상기 이종 금속 중에서 선택된 어느 하나의 금속의 끝부분을 이중확관으로 성형하는 단계와;상기 이중확관부분에 다른 금속을 삽입하고, 끝부분에 용접부재를 안착시키 는 단계와;상기 이종 금속을 가열하여 상기 용접부재가 이중확관부의 내부로 녹아내리도록 하여 상기 이종 금속을 접합하는 단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 이종 금속 접합 방법.
