Abstract

Claims (5)
- 풍력발전용 터빈 블레이드에 있어서,상기 터빈 블레이드의 루트를 포함하는 제1 영역과,상기 터빈 블레이드의 자유단측 선단인 팁을 포함하는 제3 영역과,상기 제1 영역과 제3 영역 사이에 위치하는 제2 영역으로 구성되며,상기 제1 영역은 상기 루트로부터 일정거리 이격된 후연의 임의지점에 외측을 향해 돌출되는 만곡부를 가지는 동시에, 상기 루트에서 팁을 향하여 30°에서 10°로 팁의 가압면에 대하여 급격히 완만해지는 비틀림 각을 갖도록 트위스트되고,상기 제2 영역은 상기 제1 영역측에서 제3 영역측으로 갈수록 블레이드 폭이 점차 좁아지도록 후연이 완만한 경사각을 지니는 동시에, 상기 팁을 향하여 10°에서 1°로 팁의 가압면에 대하여 점차 완만해지는 비틀림 각을 갖도록 트위스트되며,상기 제3 영역은 그 후연이 상기 제2 영역의 후연에 비해 급한 기울기를 가지면서 볼록하게 라운드지고, 그 단부는 일정 반경을 갖는 원호를 따라 라운드 처리된 것을 특징으로 하는 풍력발전용 터빈 블레이드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제1 영역은, 상기 루트로부터 팁까지의 횡축방향 전체길이 L에 대하여, 루트로부터 L/4~L/3이 되는 지점까지의 영역을 포함하며, 상기 제3 영역은, 상기 루트로부터 팁까지의 횡축방향 전체길이 L에 대하여, 팁으로부터 L/4~L/3이 되는 지점까지의 영역을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 풍력발전용 터빈 블레이드.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제1 영역에 형성되는 만곡부는, 상기 루트로부터 팁까지의 횡축방향 전체길이 L에 대하여, 루트로부터 L/6~L/5되는 후연 임의지점에 최대 만곡점이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 풍력발전용 터빈 블레이드.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 최대 만곡점은, 제2 영역의 중앙부 제1 지점의 전연에 대한 후연의 폭에 비해 2~2.5배가 되도록 돌출 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 풍력발전용 터빈 블레이드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제3 영역의 팁은, 오지(Ogee) 곡선을 따르면서 그 단부는 일정 반경을 갖는 원호를 따라 라운드 처리된 것을 특징으로 하는 풍력발전용 터빈 블레이드.
