Abstract
Description
Claims (7)
- 내부에 배치된 흡착제를 갖는 용기를 제공하는 단계로서, 상기 용기가 캐리어 가스가 상기 용기를 통과하도록 입구 및 출구를 구비한 단계;상기 출구에서 알려진 유속에 대하여 상기 입구 및 상기 출구 사이의 차압(differential pressure)을 측정하는 단계; 및상기 알려진 유속에 대한 상기 차압의 비율에 기초해서 상기 용기의 기하학적 척도(geometric measure)를 측정하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 차압을 측정하는 단계가 상기 차압과 연관되는 측정값을 제공하는 하나 이상의 센서를 제공하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기하학적 척도를 측정하는 단계가 상기 캐리어 가스의 점도를 상기 비율로 나누는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용기가 흡착제 트랩(adsorbent trap)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용기가 시료 튜브를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 출구에서의 가스 압력 및 주위 압력(ambient pressure)의 비율에 기초한 인자를 사용하여 주위 압력에서의 유속을 측정하는 단계, 및상기 출구에서의 온도 및 주변 온도(ambient temperature)의 비율에 기초한 인자를 사용하여 주변 온도에서의 유속을 측정하는 단계중에서 하나 이상의 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용기의 기하학적 척도를 측정하는 단계가 다음의 식에 따라 k를 계산하는 단계를 포함하는 방법:여기서, (pi-po)는 상기 입구 및 상기 출구 사이의 상기 차압이고, Fa는 주위 압력 및 온도에서 유속이고, Pa는 주위 절대 압력 (ambient absolute pressure)이고, Ta는 주위 절대 온도(ambient absolute temperature)이고, Po는 상기 튜브 출구에서의 절대 가스 압력(absolute gas pressure)이고, To는 상기 튜브 출구에서의 절 대 온도(absolute temperature)이다.
