Claims (6)
- 제1 내지 제3영역을 포함하는 제1기판과 제2기판을 준비하는 단계와,고분자층, 열전달층, 배향층과 접착제층으로 이루어진 제1 내지 제3배향막용 필름을 준비하는 단계와, 상기 두 기판 중 적어도 어느 하나의 기판에 상기 제1배향막용 필름을 정렬하고 상기 배향막용 필름의 열전달층이 녹도록 상기 제1영역의 상기 제1배향막용 필름에 적외선 레이저로 열전사한 후, 상기 제1영역에 상기 제1배향막용 필름의 접착체층 및 배향층이 전사되어 제1배향막을 형성하는 단계와,상기 제1배향막이 형성된 기판에 상기 제2배향막용 필름을 정렬하고 상기 제2배향막용 필름의 열전달층이 녹도록 상기 제2영역의 상기 제2배향막용 필름을 적외선 레이저로 열전사한 후, 상기 제2영역에 상기 제2배향막용 필름의 접착체층 및 배향층이 전사되어 제2배향막을 형성하는 단계와,상기 제2배향막이 형성된 기판에 상기 제3배향막용 필름을 정렬하고 상기 제3배향막용 필름의 열전달층이 녹도록 상기 제3영역의 상기 제3배향막용 필름을 적외선 레이저로 열전사한 후, 상기 제3영역에 상기 제3배향막용 필름의 접착체층 및 배향층이 전사되어 제3배향막을 형성하는 단계와,상기 제1기판과 제2기판 사이에 강유전성 액정을 형성하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 제1 내지 제3배향막용 필름의 배향층은 유전율이 서로 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 강유전성 액정표시장치 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 배향층이 폴리아믹산 또는 폴리이미드인 것을 특징으로 하는 강유전성 액정표시장치 제조방법.

- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제1영역은 R영역이며, 상기 제1배향막용 필름은 고유전율의 배향층을 갖으며,상기 제2영역은 G영역이며, 상기 제2배향막용 필름은 중유전율의 배향층을 갖으며,상기 제3영역은 B영역이며, 상기 제3배향막용 필름은 저유전율의 배향층을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 강유전성 액정표시장치 제조방법.
