Description
Claims (15)
- 베이스 단부(base end; 1)와,상기 베이스 단부(1)에 연결된 둘 이상의 빔들(beams; 2, 4)과,상기 두 빔들(2, 4)에 연결된 로드 수용부(3)와,상기 빔들(2, 4)중 적어도 하나에 의해 영향을 받게될 가요성 바디(flexible body)와,상기 로드 수용부(3)상의 로드(load)에 대응해서 상기 가요성 바디의 스트레인 및 변형을 측정하도록 된 센서 수단을 포함하는 로드 셀에 있어서,상기 베이스 단부(1)은 공동을 가지고, 상기 가요성 바디는 상기 공동의 가요성 벽(5)이며,상기 빔들(2, 4)중 적어도 하나의 빔은 상기 빔들(2, 4)의 작용을 통해서 상기 로드 수용부의 변위의 결과로서 변형을 겪게될 수 있는 상기 가요성 벽(5)에 연결되어 있으며,상기 센서 수단은 상기 공동내에 위치되어 상기 가요성 벽(5)의 변형 또는 가요성 벽내의 스트레인(strain)을 측정하게 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 로드 셀.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 센서 수단은 다수의 센서들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로드 셀.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 센서 수단은 상기 가요성 벽(5)과 대면하는 센서 캐리어(senor carrier; 9)의 표면에 장착되는 적어도 하나의 센서(10, 11, 12)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로드 셀.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 센서 수단은 상기 가요성 벽(5)에 설치된 스터드(stud)상에 장착된 센서 캐리어(14)상에 장착되는 적어도 하나의 센서(15, 16)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로드 셀.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 센서 수단은 상기 가요성 벽(5)에 수직하게 장착되는 다수의 핀들(fins; 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23)을 포함하는 센서 시스템을 포함하며, 하나 이상의 상기 핀들 상에는 상기 가요성 벽(5)의 변형을 측정하기 위한 센서들이 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 로드 셀.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 센서 수단은 상기 가요성 벽(5)에 수직하게 장착되는 다수의 핀들(fins; 30, 31, 32)을 포함하는 센서 시스템을 포함하며, 하나 이상의 상기 핀들 사이에는 상기 가요성 벽(5)의 변형을 측정하기 위한 센서(28, 29)들이 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 로드 셀.
- 제 5 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 빔들 및 상기 핀들의 폭은 상기 공동의 폭보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 로드 셀.
- 제 5 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 핀들은 가요성 벽과 일체형인 것을 특징으로 하는 로드 셀.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 센서 수단은 상기 가요성 벽(5)에 설치된 짧은 스터드(40)상에 장착된 하나 이상의 센서 캐리어를 포함하며, 상기 센서 캐리어상에 상기 가요성 벽(5)과 대면하는 전극(38, 39)이 위치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 로드 셀.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 센서 수단은 상기 가요성 벽(5)에 설치된 각각의 짧은 스터드상에 장착된 두 개의 센서 캐리어(41, 43)를 포함하며, 상기 센서 캐리어상에 상기 가요성 벽(5)과 대면하는 전극(42, 44)이 위치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 로드 셀.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 센서 수단은 상기 센서 캐리어(41, 43)를 지지하는 두 개의 짧은 스터드의 위치에, 상기 가요성 벽(5)에 연결된 두 개의 분리 빔들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로드 셀.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 센서 수단은 용량성(capacitive)인 것을 특징으로 하는 로드 셀.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 센서 수단은 유도성(inductive)인 것을 특징으로 하는 로드 셀.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 센서 수단은 상기 가요성 벽(5)에서의 스트레인을 측정하기 위해 가요성 벽(5)들에 장착되는 하나 이상의 스트레인 센서(35, 36)들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로드 셀.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 센서 수단은 상기 가요성 벽(5)에서의 스트레인을 측정하기 위해 가요성 벽(5)들에 장착되는 하나 이상의 스트레인 게이지 센서(strain gauge sensors; 35, 36, 37')들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로드 셀.
