Abstract

A unit for mounting a dash insulator for a vehicle is provided to improve mounting performance between a dash panel and the dash insulator by integrally forming a bolt coupling member with a bolt hole of the dash insulator. A unit for mounting a dash insulator for a vehicle comprises a non-woven fabric(3) and a bolt coupling member(9). The dash insulator is formed with a bolt hole. The woven fabric has a layer(5) for absorbing and blocking noise. The bolt coupling member is integrally formed with the dash insulator in the layer through a pressing process in correspondence with the bolt hole of the dash insulator. The bolt coupling member is directly bolted to a mounting bolt installed at the dash insulator. The bolt coupling member has a rectangular plate shape in which protrusions having a saw-tooth shape are formed along the inner peripheral surface of the center hole of the bolt coupling member.
