Claims (4)
- 핸드폰 표시창의 검사장치에 있어서,제작이 완료된 핸드폰 표시창을 컨베이어(110)를 통해 자동 공급되도록 하는 공급부(100)와,상기 공급된 핸드폰 표시창을 2축 직교로봇(210)을 이용하여 수직과 수평으로 움직여 이송용 로봇(310)에 적재하는 로딩부(200)와,X축으로만 왕복 운동하는 로봇으로, 클램핑용 핑거가 구비되어, 핸드폰 표시창의 양모서리를 고정시켜 정속으로 안정된 상태로 이송시키도록 구성된 이송용 로봇(310)에 재치된 핸드폰 표시창을 일정한 속도로 이송하면서 검사되도록 하는 이송부(300)와,상기 이송용 로봇(310)의 작동 선상에 설치되되, 라인 스캔 카메라를 이용하여 핸드폰 표시창 내부의 이물질 검사와 핸드폰 표시창의 크기 검사를 실시하도록 구성된 투과 카메라(410)와 라인 스캔 카메라를 이용하여 핸드폰 표시창 표면의 스크래치 및 얼룩의 검사와 핸드폰 표시창의 크기 검사를 실시하도록 구성된 반사 카메라(420) 및 변위센서(430)로 순차 구성된 검사부(400)와,상기 이송부(300)를 통해 이송이 완료된 핸드폰 표시창을 2축 직교로봇(510)을 이용하여 수직과 수평으로 움직여 양품과 불량품으로 구분하는 언로딩부(500)와,상기 언로딩부(500)를 통해 양품은 양품 배출 컨베이어(610) 상에 재치되고, 불량품은 불량품 회수통(620)에 적재되도록 하는 배출부(600)로 구성되어, 신속하고 정확하게 핸드폰용 표시창을 자동으로 검사할 수 있도록 함을 특징으로 하는 핸드폰 표시창의 검사장치.
