Claims (5)
- 자동차 제동장치의 모듈레이터의 펌프에 장착된 구동 모터의 회전력을 전달 받아 직선왕복운동을 하는 코팅을 이용한 제동장치 펌프 피스톤으로서,상기 펌프의 편심 베어링 설치공간으로 일측 부위를 돌출시킨 상태에서, 상기 펌프의 하우징에 조립된 피스톤몸체; 및상기 피스톤몸체의 돌출된 일측 부위를 피복시킨 복수 개의 코팅층을 포함하는 코팅을 이용한 제동장치 펌프 피스톤에 있어서,상기 피스톤몸체의 상기 코팅층은,베이스 코팅층과, 표면 코팅층을 포함하는 복수 개의 층이 다층 코팅되며,상기 베이스 코팅층은 금속 질화물질계인 CrN 또는 TiN 또는 TiCN 중 어느 하나의 층을 포함하고,상기 표면 코팅층은 카본계 소재인 WC/C(텅스텐 카바이드 카본) 또는 DLC(다이아몬드 라이크 카본) 중 어느 하나의 층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅을 이용한 제동장치 펌프 피스톤.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 피스톤몸체의 상기 코팅층은 물리적 증착 또는 화학적 증착 중 어느 하나의 코팅 공법으로 피복 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅을 이용한 제동장치 펌프 피스톤.
