Claims (8)
- 전자 디바이스에 있어서,상기 디바이스에 전력을 공급하기 위해 전원으로부터 추출된 에너지를 변환하는 스위칭 레귤레이터 전력 변환기;통신 모드에서 통신 신호들을 픽업하기 위한 안테나로서 기능하고, 전력 변환 모드에서 상기 스위칭 레귤레이터 전력 변환기의 유도성 소자로서 기능하도록 구성된 유도성 소자;상기 통신 신호들을 수신하기 위한 수신기; 및상기 통신 모드와 상기 전력 변환 모드 사이에서 전환하기 위한 제어가능한 스위치를 포함하는 전자 디바이스.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제어가능한 스위치는 상기 수신기 또는 상기 전력 변환기 중 어느 하나에 상기 유도성 소자를 접속하기 위한 것인 전자 디바이스.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 디바이스는 생체내(in-vivo) 의료 디바이스인 전자 디바이스.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제어가능한 스위치는 단극성 또는 바이폴라 트랜지스터 스위치들 또는 기계적 스위치들 또는 중계기들을 포함하는 전자 디바이스.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 유도성 소자는 통신 주파수에서 공진하는 전자 디바이스.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 유도성 소자는 통신 주파수에서 공진하지 않는 전자 디바이스.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 통신 모드에서, 상기 유도성 소자와 병렬인 캐패시터를 더 포함하는 전자 디바이스.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 통신 모드에서, 상기 유도성 소자와 직렬인 캐패시터를 더 포함하는 전자 디바이스.
