Abstract
Description
도 2는 황토를 포함한 기능성 조성물을 이용한 콘크리트구조물의 시공하는 방법을 나타낸 공정도이다.
아크릴아마이드와 트리에탄올아민, 가교제를 포함하는 모액 100g과 실리콘알콕사이드 무수알콜 및 산화제를 포함하는 첨가액의 2액형 혼합물 100g을 취해 일시에 혼합, 교반하여 생성된 2.0~5.5%(부피비)의 유-무기 복합체(b);
20~25%(부피비)의 황토(c);
71.5%(부피비)의 수용성수지바인더(d);및,
상기 고분자 마이크로에멀젼(a)과 유-무기 복합체(b), 황토(c), 수용성수지바인더(d)를 혼합한 혼합물(a+b+c+d)을 물과 1:1의 부피비로 혼합한 것이다.
첫째로 과불소기를 함유하는 고분자 마이크로에멀젼(a)은 방수성, 발유성, 방오성, 비점착성등의 기능성을 갖는 코팅제나 도료의 주요성분으로서 각종 저에너지 표면개질제로 매우 유용하다고 잘 알려져 있으나, 입자크기가 큰 에멀젼은 표면개질이 요구되는 기재에 대한 침투성이 충분하지 않을 뿐만 아니라 조막성도 미흡하므로 미세크기의 입자를 갖는 과불소기를 함유하는 마이크로에멀젼이 필요한데, 이는 과불소알킬기를 함유하는 화합물과 불포화 이중결합을 갖는 중합성 단량체 및 계면활성제를 유화중합시켜 제조한다.

- 콘크리트구조물의 시공방법에 있어서,콘크리트 상부면에 부착된 오염물질을 제거하는 단계(S1);오염물질이 제거된 콘크리트 상부면에 붓, 스프레이 또는 몰탈건을 이용하여 참숯 또는 옥을 코팅하는 단계(S2);마이크로에멀젼과 유-무기 복합체, 황토, 수용성수지바인더 및 물을 혼합하여 완성한 조성물을 핸드믹서로 교반하는 단계(S3);및,상기 참숯 또는 옥이 코팅된 콘크리트 상부면에 상기 교반된 조성물이 0.35mm~1.05mm의 두께를 형성하도록 1회 내지 3회 도장하는 단계(S4)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 황토를 포함한 기능성 조성물을 이용한 콘크리트구조물의 시공방법
