Claims (14)
- 알루미늄 또는 알루미늄 합금의 모재를 제공하는 단계;325 메쉬 이상의 입자크기를 갖는 알루미늄 또는 알루미늄 합금의 금속 입자에 대하여 400 내지 1000 메쉬의 입자크기를 갖는 탄화규소 또는 알루미나의 세라믹 입자를 10:1 내지 1:1의 혼합비로 포함하는 혼합 분말을 제공하는 단계;상기 혼합 분말에 고압 가스를 제공하는 단계; 및상기 고압 가스에 의해 비용융 상태의 상기 혼합 분말을 초음속 노즐로 분사하여 상기 모재에 금속-세라믹 복합체를 코팅하는 단계를 포함하는 내마모성 코팅층 형성 방법.
