Abstract

A manual transmission lubricating device is provided to control a synchronizing process of a synchronizer ring by preventing oil from being supplied to the synchronizer ring during a synchronizing process. A manual transmission lubricating device includes an oil guiding portion(3) at an upper center of an arc-like shift fork(1). A lower portion of the shift fork is opened downwards. The oil guiding portion is slanted downwards from both sides to a center thereof in a front portion of the shift fork. The oil guiding portion includes a concave portion having a down-slanted cross-section along a moving direction of a sleeve, from viewpoint of a side portion of the shift fork.
