Claims (9)
- 엔-아세틸-엘-시스테인(N-acetyl-L-cysteine, NAC)이 담지된 생체적합성 고분자를 지지체로 하는 상처드레싱용 항산화제 함유 나노섬유 부직포.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 나노섬유 부직포의 섬유직경이 1 내지 500 ㎚인 것을 특징으로 하는 상처드레싱용 항산화제 함유 나노섬유 부직포.
- 삭제
- 생체적합성 고분자를 용매에 용해시키는 단계;상기 고분자 용액에 엔-아세틸-엘-시스테인(NAC) 함유 용액을 첨가하는 단계; 및상기 엔-아세틸-엘-시스테인(NAC) 함유 고분자 용액을 전기방사하는 단계를 포함하는 상처드레싱용 항산화제 함유 나노섬유 부직포의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 생체적합성 고분자가 폴리비닐알코올, 폴리에틸렌옥사이드, 폴리에틸렌글리콜, 폴리락트산, 폴리글리콜산, 폴리(D,L-락트산-co-글리콜산)의 폴리에스테르, 폴리(카프로락톤), 폴리(발레로락톤), 폴리(하이드록시부티레이트), 폴리(하이드록시 발러레이트), 콜라겐, 젤라틴, 알기네이트, 알긴산, 히알루론산, 키틴, 및 키토산으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1 종의 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 상처드레싱용 항산화제 함유 나노섬유 부직포의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 생체적합성 고분자 용액의 농도가 3 내지 20 g/㎗인 것을 특징으로 하는 상처드레싱용 항산화제 함유 나노섬유 부직포의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 엔-아세틸-엘-시스테인(NAC) 함유 용액이 생체적합성 고분자 용액에 고분자 대비 0.01 내지 20 중량%의 농도로 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상처드레싱용 항산화제 함유 나노섬유 부직포의 제조방법.
