Claims (3)
- 컨베이어 벨트 상에 지그, 프리즘 시트, 도광판 및 확산 필름을 투입하고, 지그 내에 프리즘 시트, 도광판 및 확산 필름을 끼워서 적층한 후 도광판의 양측면에 각각 프리즘 시트의 형상 및 확산 필름의 형상을 전사시켜서 프리즘 전사판을 제조하는 컨베이어 벨트 시스템으로서,상기 지그 내에 프리즘 시트, 도광판 및 확산 필름이 적층되어 컨베이어 벨트에 의해 반송된 도광판의 일측면에는 프리즘 시트의 형상이 전사되고 타측면에는 확산 필름의 형상이 전사될 수 있도록 지그를 80~150mb로 가압하면서 100~150℃로 가열하는 공기 가압·가열 부스를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 프리즘 전사판 제조용 컨베이어 벨트 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서 상기 공기 가압·가열 부스는,상기 지그를 90~110mb로 가압하면서 120~140℃로 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리즘 전사판 제조용 컨베이어 벨트 시스템.
- 제 1항 또는 2항에 있어서 상기 컨베이어 벨트 시스템은,상기 공기 가압·가열 부스를 통과하여 컨베이어 벨트에 의해 반송된 지그를 냉각수에 넣어 냉각시키는 냉각기와;상기 냉각기를 통과하여 컨베이어 벨트에 의해 반송된 지그를 건조시키는 에 어 커텐을 더 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 프리즘 전사판 제조용 컨베이어 벨트 시스템.
