Claims (6)
- 2개의 아이소텍틱PP원료 사이에 복원율이 80%인 신디오텍틱PP원료를 배치한 후 공압출을 이용해 3층의 필름층을 형성하는 필름제조단계;상기 형성된 필름을 연신시킨 후 연신을 해제하여 2장의 아이소텍틱PP필름은 연신시키고, 복원율이 80%인 신디오텍틱PP필름은 복원되도록 하여, 2장의 아이소텍틱PP필름의 연신된 연신부분이 신디오텍틱PP필름의 복원에 의해 엠보를 형성하도록 하는 엠보 형성단계;로 이루어진 것에 특징이 있는 통기성 신축필름 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 필름제조단계에서 상기 2장의 아이소텍틱PP원료와 복원율이 80%인 신디오텍틱PP원료에는 다공성 물질을 더 포함하여 필름을 제조하는 것에 특징이 있는 통기성 신축필름 제조방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 물질은 돌가루인 것에 특징이 있는 통기성 신축필름 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 연신단계에서 상기 신디오텍틱PP필름의 복원한계점 이하까지 연신 시키는 것에 특징이 있는 통기성 신축필름 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 연신단계에서 사용용도에 따라 아이소텍틱PP필름의 연신되는 길이를 조절하여 엠보의 굵기를 조정하는 것에 특징이 있는 통기성 신축필름 제조방법.
- 제 1항의 방법으로 제작된 통기성 신축필름에 있어서,80%의 복원율로 이루어진 신디오텍틱PP필름층;과 상기 신디오텍틱PP필름층의 상, 하측에 형성되며, 표면에 엠보를 형성한 제1, 2 아이소텍틱PP필름층으로 이루어진 것에 특징이 있는 통기성 신축필름.
