Abstract
Description
Claims (9)
- 유기 고분자필름의 일측을 기판의 일측에 고정하고 상기 기판의 타측 방향으로 연신하는 단계와;적외선을 조사하면서 공기압을 가진 기체를 상기 연신되는 고분자필름에 공급하는 단계를 포함하는 액정표시장치용 배향막 형성방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 연신하는 단계와 상기 기체공급단계는 동시에 이루어지는 배향막 형성방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 기체는 질소(N2)인 배향막 형성방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 고분자필름을 연신할 때 처짐방지도구를 사용하는 배향막 형성방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 처짐방지도구는 로울러인 배향막 형성방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 기체는 다수의 슬릿을 가진 슬릿어셈블리에 의해 공급되는 배향막 형성방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 기체는 1 Kgf/cm2 이상 5 Kgf/cm2 이하 의 공기압으로 공급되는 배향막 형성방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 필름의 연신은 로울러에 의해 이루어지는 배향막 형성방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 필름의 연신은 로즐로 에어(air)를 가하여 이루어지는 배향막 형성방법.
