- 단면적이 수렴하는 수렴인입부와 상기 수렴인입부의 수렴 끝단에 연결되는 목부 및 상기 목부의 끝단에 연결되는 출구부로 이루어진 중공형의 노즐부, 및 상기 수렴인입부의 내부에 위치하여, 그 끝단 분사구가 상기 목부 또는 이를 지난 출구부 내에 위치하도록 배치되는 분사튜브를 포함하며, 상기 출구부에서의 분말의 출구단 유속이 300 내지 1,200 ㎧가 되도록 하고,상기 목부는 상기 노즐의 최소내경 부위로서 동일단면으로 일정한 길이를 갖고,상기 분사튜브는 그 분사구가 목부내 또는 출구부내에서 위치가 변경될 수 있도록 노즐의 축방향을 따라 이동이 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 콜드 스프레이용 노즐.

- 제7항의 콜드 스프레이 노즐;상기 노즐의 수렴인입부에 연결되는 가스 공급장치; 및상기 분사튜브에 연결되는 가스/분말 혼합체 공급장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콜드 스프레이 장치.
- 제11항의 콜드 스프레이 장치에 의하여, 상기 가스 공급장치에서 공급되어지는 가스가 음속 또는 초음속으로 가속되어지고, 상기 가속된 가스에 상기 가스/분말 혼합체 공급장치로부터 공급되어진 가스/분말 혼합체를 혼합하여, 가스/분말 혼합체를 충분히 낮은 온도를 유지한 상태로 상기 분말을 300 내지 1,200 ㎧로 가속하여 피착물의 표면에 분사하여 코팅하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콜드 스프레이 방법.
- 제12항의 콜드 스프레이 방법에 의하여 코팅되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅물.
