이때 상기 내화물 보드는 산화마그네슘을 포함하고, 인접한 내화물 보드는 몰타르에 의해 접착 및 실링하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (3)
- 턴디쉬의 외형을 이루는 철피를 제조하는 단계;상기 철피의 내부 바닥과 내벽에 밀착되도록 내화벽돌체를 소정 두께로 축조하는 단계;내화물을 판상의 보드로 제작하고, 상기 내화벽돌체의 각 내벽 및 바닥의 크기에 맞도록 미리 절단하는 단계;절단된 내화물 보드를 상기 내화벽돌체의 각 내벽 및 바닥에 밀착하여 조립하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 턴디쉬의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 내화물 보드는 산화마그네슘을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 턴디쉬의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서, 인접한 내화물 보드는 몰타르에 의해 접착 및 실링하는 것을 특징으로 하는 턴디쉬의 제조방법.
