Claims (6)
- 작동유체를 수용하는 오일탱크;상기 작동유체 냉각을 위해 오일탱크 내에 설치된 오일쿨러;오일탱크에 설치되며 상기 작동유체에 압력을 가해 외부로 토출하는 가변 용량형 유압펌프;계통의 압력을 일정하게 유지시키기 위해 계통내 이상 압력이 발생된 경우에만 간헐적으로 작동되는 세이프티 밸브;작동유체의 이동경로, 유량, 압력을 제어하기 위한 서보 밸브;상기 서보 밸브를 통해 이동경로 및 유량, 압력이 제어된 작동유체에 의해 구동되어 터빈밸브의 개폐를 제어하는 서보 실린더;고압의 유체에너지 축적을 위해 상기 유압펌프와 서보 밸브를 연결하는 관로로부터 분기된 관로 상에 마련되는 어큐뮬레이터; 및상기 서보 실린더와 오일탱크를 연결하는 리턴관로 및 상기 어큐뮬레이터와 상기 리턴관로를 연결하는 복수의 분기관로 상에 각각 마련되는 덤핑 및 감압밸브;를 포함하는 유압식 터빈밸브 제어장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 가변 용량형 유압펌프는, 회전축에 의해 플런져가 회전함과 동시에 실 린더 블록 내부를 왕복운동하면서 작동유체를 압축시켜 토출하는 플런져 펌프인 것을 특징으로 하는 유압식 터빈밸브 제어장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,세이프티 밸브는,계통의 최고 압력을 한정하는 릴리프 밸브와 계통의 압력을 일정 범위 내로 유지시키는 언로딩 밸브가 일체형으로 구성되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 유압식 터빈밸브 제어장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,서보 밸브는,코일에 발생하는 자력을 이용하여 아마츄어에 토크를 생성시키는 토크 발생부와,상기 토크 발생부로부터 생성된 아마츄어 토크에 비례하여 좌측 또는 우측으로 변위되는 노즐을 포함하며,상기 노즐의 좌,우 변위에 연계하여 노즐과 링크결합된 스풀이 노즐의 변위량에 비례하여 좌측 또는 우측으로 이동하고,밸브바디 내에 형성된 2개의 통로 중 상기 변위된 노즐의 토출구와 일치되는 통로를 통해 노즐로부터 토출된 작동유체가 상기 밸브바디 내부의 스풀 측부에 형성된 챔버로 이동하여 상기 스풀의 좌,우방향 이동을 어시스트 하도록 구성된 제트 파이프 타입(jet pipe type) 서보 밸브인 것을 특징으로 하는 유압식 터빈밸브 제어장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,어큐뮬레이터는, 실린더 내부에 피스톤이 왕복가능하게 배치되어 있고 피스톤을 기준으로 기체실과 유체가 유입되는 유실이 분리구획된 구조의 피스톤 타입 어큐뮬레이터가 적용됨을 특징으로 하는 유압식 터빈밸브 제어장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 피스톤 타입 어큐뮬레이터에는 급기밸브를 통해 기체실에 유입된 작동기체의 양에 대한 상기 피스톤의 위치를 감지하여 기체실의 가스누출을 예측하는 센서가 더 부착됨을 특징으로 하는 유압식 터빈밸브 제어장치.
