- 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 티에노[3,2-b]인돌계 고분자:[화학식 1]상기식중, R1, R2, R3, R4 및 R5는 서로에 관계없이 수소, 하이드록시기, 아미노기, 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 1~30의 알킬 아미노기, 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 1~30의 아릴 아미노기, 치환 또는 비치환된 헤테로아릴 아미노기, 시아노기, 할로겐 원자, 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 1~30의 알킬기, 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 3~30의 시클로알킬기, 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 1~30의 알콕시기, 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 6~30의 아릴기, 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 6~30의 아릴알킬기, 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 2~30의 헤테로아릴기 및 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 2~30의 헤테로고리기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고, R2 및 R3이 서로 연결되어 포화 또는 불포화 고리를 형성할 수 있고,z은 중합도로서 5 내지 1000의 실수이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아릴렌(Ar) 반복단위를 더 포함하여 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 티에노[3,2-b]인돌계 고분자:[화학식 2]상기식중, R1, R2, R3, R4 및 R5는 화학식 1에서 정의된 바와 같고,Ar은 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 6~30의 아릴렌기, 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 2~30의 헤테로아릴렌기, 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 2 내지 30의 헤테로고리기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고,x는 0.01-0.99의 실수이고, y는 0.01-0.99의 실수이고, z은 중합도로서 5 내지 1000의 실수이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아릴렌(Ar) 반복단위를 더 포함하여 하기 화학식 3으로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 티에노[3,2-b]인돌계 고분자:[화학식 3]상기식중, R1, R2, R3, R4 및 R5는 화학식 1에서 정의된 바와 같고,Ar은 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 6~30의 아릴렌기, 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 2~30의 헤테로아릴렌기, 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 2 내지 30의 헤테로고리기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고,x는 0.01-0.99의 실수이고, y는 0.01-0.99의 실수이고, z은 중합도로서 5 내지 1000의 실수이다.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 고분자의 수평균 분자량이 1만 내지 20만이고, 분자량 분포가 1.5 내지 5인 것을 특징으로 하는 티에노[3,2-b]인돌계 고분자.
- 한 쌍의 전극 사이에 유기막을 포함하는 유기 전계 발광 소자에 있어서,상기 유기막이 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항의 티에노[3,2-b]인돌계 고분자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 유기막이 발광층인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
