Claims (5)
- 뿜칠용 폴리우레탄 발포체용 조성물에 있어서,a)ⅰ)ㄱ) 관능기가 2∼3이고 분자량이 1,000∼8,000인 폴리에테르 폴리올 25 내지 44 중량부ㄴ) 관능기가 4∼6이고 분자량이 300∼800인 폴리에테르 폴리올 35 내지 54 중량부 및ㄷ) 분자량이 200∼800인 비이온계 계면활성제 2 내지 40 중량부 를 함유하는 혼합물 47 내지 57 중량부;ⅱ) 난연제 10 내지 25 중량부;ⅲ) 가교제 0.1 내지 5 중량부;ⅳ) 반응형 아민계 우레탄 촉매 3 내지 9 중량부;ⅴ) 실리콘 계면활성제 1 내지 4 중량부; 및ⅵ) 물 13 내지 33 중량부를 포함하는 레진 프리믹스 45 내지 55 중량%; 및b) 폴리이소시아네이트 55 내지 45 중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 뿜칠용 폴리우레탄 발포체용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 a)ⅱ)의 난연제가 트리스(클로로이소프로필) 포스페이트 또는 트리 스(2-클로로에틸)포스페이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 뿜칠용 폴리우레탄 발포체용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 a)ⅳ)의 반응형 아민계 우레탄 촉매가 N-메틸-N'-하이드록시에틸피페라진(N-methyl-N'-hydroxyethylpiperazine), N,N-디메틸아미노에톡시에탄올(N,N-dimethylaminoethoxyethanol), 및 N,N,N'-트리메틸아미노에틸에타놀아미넷(N,N,N'-termiethylaminoethylethanolaminet)으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 1 종 이상 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 뿜칠용 폴리우레탄 발포체용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 b)의 폴리이소시아네이트가 폴리메릭이소시아네이트 또는 변성이소시아네이트로 NCO를 27∼32 중량%로 포함하는 폴리이소시아네이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 뿜칠용 폴리우레탄 발포체용 조성물.
- 제1항의 뿜칠용 폴리우레탄 발포체용 조성물을 발포시킨 폴리우레탄 발포체.
