Claims (2)
- 고철 스크랩을 압축하여 일정 크기의 가공고철을 성형함에 있어서,고철 스크랩을 수거하는 제1단계(S1);상기 제1단계에서 수거된 고철 스크랩을 선별하여 분리하는 제2단계(S2);상기 제2단계(S2)에 수거된 고철 스크랩을 압축성형기에 투입하고, 1차로 압축 성형하여 가공고철을 성형하여 배출시키는 제3단계(S3);상기 제3단계(S3)에서 성형된 가공고철을 분쇄하여 고철 스크랩과 가공고철의 중간 상태의 성형물로 성형하는 제4단계(S4);상기 제4단계(S4)에서 형성된 성형물을 압축성형기에 재투입하고, 2차로 압축 성형하여 완성된 가공고철을 성형하는 제5단계(S5)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제강용 가공고철의 성형 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 2차로 성형하는 압력이, 1차로 성형하는 압력보다 낮은 압력으로 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제강용 가공고철의 성형 방법.
