Claims (10)
- 실리카를 함유하는 폴리에스테르 섬유를 알칼리를 이용하여 감량함에 있어서,알칼리로서 수산화나트륨과 황산나트륨을 혼용하며, 연마용 미립자를 첨가하고 초음파를 조사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 섬유의 감량방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수산화나트륨의 농도가 10 내지 15 g/ℓ인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 섬유의 감량방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 황산나트륨의 농도가 30 내지 50 g/ℓ인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 섬유의 감량방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 감량온도가 110 내지 130℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 섬유의 감량방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연마용 미립자가 산화알루미늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 섬유의 감량방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연마용 미립자의 입경이 10 내지 700 ㎚인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 섬유의 감량방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연마용 미립자의 사용량이 0.1 내지 3 g/ℓ인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 섬유의 감량방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 초음파 조사시간이 20 내지 60분인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 섬유의 감량방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항의 방법에 따라 감량되고, 표면에 10 내지 700 ㎚ 크기의 요철이 균일하게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 섬유.
- 제9항에 있어서, 명도(KS A 0063)가 8 내지 8.5인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 섬유.
