Claims (5)
- 펌프장 토출측 또는 착수정 유입측과 연결된 토출관(1) 또는 유입관 상에 설치되며 개폐판(11)의 회동에 의해 개폐되는 개폐밸브(10);상기 개폐밸브(10)의 전단 또는 후단에 구비되는 압력센서(20);상기 개폐밸브(10)를 유압에 의해 개폐시키며, 상기 개폐밸브(10)의 개폐판(11)과 연동되도록 결합되는 회전축(31)과, 상기 회전축(31)의 일측 단부에 결합되어 연동되며 양측 소정부위에 장공(32a)이 각각 형성된 회전판(32)과, 각각의 유압실린더(34)의 피스톤로드(35) 단부를 각각의 상기 장공(32a)에 회전축(31)을 중심으로 대칭되게 결합되도록 하며 피스톤로드(35)의 섭동에 의해 상기 장공(32a)을 따라 슬라이드 이동되면서 상기 회전판(32)을 회전시키는 슬라이드너트(33)가 구비된 개폐수단(30);상기 개폐수단(30)을 구동시키며, 상부와 하부에 각각 구비되는 유압실린더(34) 및 피스톤로드(35)와, 유압펌프(38)에 의해 상기 유압실린더(34)에 유압을 공급하는 파워팩(36)과,상기 파워팩(36)과 연결되며 상기 압력센서(20)에 의해 펌프장 토출측 또는 착수정 유입측 방향에서 상기 개폐판(11)에 작용하는 압력이 설정압력값 이상 또는 이하가 되면 개방 또는 폐쇄되어 유압실린더(34)의 피스톤로드(35)를 인출 또는 후퇴 구동시킴으로써 상기 개폐판(11)을 개방 또는 폐쇄시키는 솔레노이드 밸브(37)와,상기 파워팩(36)에 의해 발생된 압력을 저장하며 정전시에 상기 유압실린더(34)를 구동시키도록 하는 축압기(39)가 구비된 제어부(50);로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 수충격선형제어밸브.

- a) 펌프장 토출측 또는 착수정 유입측과 연결된 토출관(1) 또는 유입관으로부터 토출압력 또는 유입압력을 압력센서에 의해 감지하는 단계;b) 감지된 토출압력이 설정압력값 이상 또는 이하가 되면 유압펌프에 의해 발생된 유압을 공급하는 파워팩(36)과 연결된 솔레노이드 밸브(37)가 개방 또는 폐쇄되는 단계;c) 솔레노이드 밸브(37) 개방시 솔레노이드 밸브(37)로부터 전달된 유압에 의해 유압실린더(34)의 피스톤로드(35)가 인출되도록 하며, 솔레노이드 밸브(37) 폐쇄시 솔레노이드 밸브(37)로부터 전달된 유압에 의해 유압실린더(34)의 피스톤로드(35)가 후퇴되도록 하는 피스톤로드(35) 구동되는 단계;d) 피스톤로드(35)의 구동에 의해 개폐수단(30)이 작동되어 개폐밸브(10)의 개폐판(11)에 작용되는 압력이 일정하게 되도록 개폐밸브(10)가 개방 또는 폐쇄되는 단계;로 이루어지며, 상기 b), c)단계에서, 정전시에 상기 유압펌프(38)의 작동이 정지되면 상기 파워팩(36)에 의해 발생된 압력을 저장하는 축압기(39)에 의해 상기 유압실린더(34)의 피스톤로드(35)가 구동되고,상기 a) ~ d) 단계가 반복되도록 하여 설정압력값 이상 또는 이하의 토출압력 또는 유입압력에 의해 개폐판(11)에 작용되는 압력을 일정하게 하여 수충격을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수충격 제어방법.
